Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 5, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of StatusAngel, statusangel.com, and related pages, accounts, subscriptions, Status Files, reports, scheduled customer update report delivery, recipient communications, evidence/media uploads, payment flows, and related digital services (collectively, the “Platform”).

The Platform is operated by Platform Foundry LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, requesting trial access, creating Status Files, uploading content, sending reports, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Purpose of the Platform

StatusAngel is a customer update and status reporting platform that helps businesses create structured Status Files and send professional update reports to their own customers, clients, recipients, or stakeholders.

The Platform may support manual reports, scheduled customer update reports, PDF report snapshots, evidence/images, recipient lists, send history, limited recipient feedback, and related administrative controls.

2. Business Use and Eligibility

The Platform is intended for business and professional use. You may use the Platform only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and, where using the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company or entity to these Terms.

The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 13.

3. Accounts and Access Responsibility

Certain features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, controlling access to your account, and all activity occurring under your account.

You must provide accurate account, company, billing, and contact information and keep it reasonably up to date. You are responsible for managing your own tenant users, roles, recipients, uploaded content, and internal access permissions.

4. Customer Content, Status Files, and Reports

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, suitability, and appropriateness of all Status File information, report content, recipient information, evidence, images, attachments, notes, comments, schedules, and other materials you submit or maintain through the Platform (“Customer Content”).

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and authority necessary to submit, store, process, send, and use Customer Content through the Platform, including any personal information, recipient details, business information, images, documents, or evidence.

You retain ownership of your Customer Content, but grant Platform Foundry LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, format, display, transmit, and otherwise use Customer Content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, maintain, improve, and provide the Platform.

5. Recipient Communications and Email Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that recipients, customers, clients, or stakeholders you add to the Platform may lawfully receive communications, reports, updates, or related messages from you through the Platform.

The Platform helps facilitate customer update communications, but we do not guarantee that any email, report, scheduled report, notification, or message will be delivered, opened, read, understood, accepted, acted upon, or free from delay, filtering, blocking, bounce, spam classification, recipient-side restrictions, or third-party delivery issues.

You remain responsible for the business relationship with your recipients and for ensuring that any report or update sent through the Platform is accurate and appropriate before sending.

6. Scheduled Customer Update Reports

Where enabled, the Platform may allow manual or scheduled customer update reports to be generated and sent to recipients, customers, clients, or stakeholders.

You are responsible for configuring scheduled report delivery correctly, reviewing the content and recipient setup, maintaining appropriate recipient lists, pausing or disabling schedules where needed, and ensuring that scheduled reports remain suitable for sending.

We do not guarantee that scheduled reports will always run at an exact time, or that any scheduled report will be uninterrupted, error-free, or immune from configuration, hosting, network, provider, email, payment, or third-party issues.

7. Evidence, Media, and Uploaded Files

The Platform may allow images, files, screenshots, documents, captions, and other evidence or media to be uploaded and included in reports or report snapshots.

You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, confidential without permission, malicious, misleading, unsafe, inappropriate, or otherwise unsuitable for the Platform. You are responsible for reviewing uploaded evidence and ensuring it accurately represents the relevant Status File, project, job, case, order, service, or work item.

8. Plans, Subscriptions, Trials, and Entitlements

The Platform may offer onboarding access, controlled trial access, paid subscriptions, private/custom deployments, or other commercial access models.

Free trial access, pilot access, beta access, or promotional access is not guaranteed. We may approve, reject, limit, suspend, withdraw, or choose not to respond to any trial access request at our discretion, and we are not required to provide reasons for doing so.

  • available features, limits, pricing, billing intervals, and entitlements are as presented on the Platform, in the account area, at checkout, in the applicable order flow, or in a separate written agreement;
  • specific plan limits may vary by plan, customer, deployment, configuration, or promotional arrangement;
  • subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable billing terms;
  • you are responsible for reviewing the selected plan, billing interval, included features, and limits before purchase;
  • fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise;
  • cancellation generally prevents future renewal billing only and does not create a retroactive refund for the current billing period unless required by law.

We may restrict, suspend, downgrade, or disable access to features where a plan expires, payment fails, limits are exceeded, trial access ends, abuse is suspected, or continued access presents legal, security, operational, deliverability, or reputational risk.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, misleading, or harmful purposes;
  • submit false, inaccurate, infringing, confidential, misleading, or inappropriate content;
  • send reports or communications to recipients without appropriate authority, permission, or lawful basis;
  • impersonate another person, business, customer, recipient, or entity;
  • interfere with the Platform’s operation, security, report generation, email delivery, payments, or user experience;
  • scrape, harvest, extract, copy, or index Platform data by automated means without written permission;
  • upload malware, harmful code, spam, malicious files, or unsafe content;
  • attempt to bypass access controls, plan limits, payment controls, security controls, or recipient protections;
  • use the Platform in a way that damages the reputation, operation, security, deliverability, or integrity of the Platform or Platform Foundry LLC.

You must not use the Platform to submit, store, send, publish, transmit, request, display, or facilitate any content, communication, image, file, report, message, or activity that is or may reasonably be considered unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, invasive of privacy, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, indecent, violent, infringing, malicious, or otherwise objectionable.

We may reject, remove, suspend, restrict, disable, or report any account, tenant, user, recipient, Status File, report, file, message, submission, or activity that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise unsuitable for the Platform.

10. Platform Role and No Guarantee of Project Outcome

StatusAngel is a reporting and customer update tool. It does not guarantee that any project, job, order, service, repair, delivery, case, build, implementation, or other work item will be completed, accepted, delivered on time, delivered to specification, or free from dispute.

The Platform is not a substitute for professional project management, contractual review, legal advice, audit, insurance, compliance controls, customer relationship management, or independent business judgment.

11. Security and Availability

We use commercially reasonable and professional-grade methods intended to safeguard access to the Platform and support secure operation. These may include account controls, authentication controls, hosting safeguards, access restrictions, logging, email verification, payment-provider controls, and other operational safeguards where appropriate.

However, no digital platform, hosting environment, payment process, email system, internet-connected service, software application, database, or security measure can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, uninterrupted, error-free, immune from attack, immune from misconfiguration, or free from all vulnerabilities or harmful components.

You are responsible for using the Platform responsibly, protecting your credentials, managing your users, reviewing reports before sending, ensuring recipient details are correct, and maintaining your own records where required for legal, accounting, contractual, operational, or compliance purposes.

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may rely on or integrate with third-party providers such as hosting providers, cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, communications providers, email routing services, analytics services, security services, or other supporting systems.

These may include, without limitation, Oracle, Cloudflare, Stripe, PlatformInbox.com, email delivery infrastructure, and other operational providers. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, security, terms, policies, or practices of third-party services.

13. Intellectual Property

The Platform itself, including its branding, layout, software, workflows, templates, report structures, page designs, configuration patterns, text, graphics, features, and related materials, is owned by Platform Foundry LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You must not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or misuse the Platform except as expressly permitted through your authorised use of the Platform.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also subject to the applicable Privacy Policy presented on the Platform.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform where we believe these Terms have been violated, fees remain unpaid, account or payment activity appears suspicious, platform integrity may be affected, or continued access presents legal, security, deliverability, operational, or reputational risk.

We may also suspend or restrict sending/report delivery functionality to protect recipients, customers, the Platform, email deliverability, third-party providers, or Platform Foundry LLC.

16. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS, REPORTING, COMPLIANCE, COMMUNICATION, OR PROJECT MANAGEMENT PURPOSE.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLATFORM FOUNDRY LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OPPORTUNITY, RECIPIENT RELATIONSHIP, PROJECT OUTCOME, DELIVERY OUTCOME, OR COMMERCIAL RESULT ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF PLATFORM FOUNDRY LLC FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU DIRECTLY TO US FOR THE RELEVANT PAID SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Platform Foundry LLC and its affiliates, officers, members, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, your Customer Content, your reports, your recipient communications, your uploaded materials, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your violation of any third-party rights.

19. Changes to the Platform and Terms

We may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or change the Platform, its features, limits, plans, pricing, workflows, or these Terms from time to time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Platform after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable federal law.

21. Operator Master Terms

StatusAngel is operated by Platform Foundry LLC. The operator’s master Terms of Service, available at https://platformfoundrygroup.com/terms , are incorporated into these Terms by reference and apply to your use of the Platform to the extent they address general operator-level legal terms, policies, rights, obligations, disclaimers, and protections.

These Terms apply specifically to StatusAngel and its platform-specific features, including Status Files, reports, scheduled customer update report delivery, recipients, media/evidence, subscriptions, and related customer update functionality. If there is any conflict between these platform-specific Terms and the operator’s master Terms of Service, these platform-specific Terms will control for matters specific to StatusAngel, and the operator’s master Terms will control for broader operator-level matters.
