What StatusAngel is
StatusAngel helps a company maintain Status Files and turn current delivery information (progress updates)
into professional customer update reports. Each Status File can hold as much or as little detail
as the company chooses, from a short status update through to progress to date notes, risks, issues,
next steps, milestones, forecast dates and images. You simply create the contact list (email list) you want the report sent to, then schedule it to go at your preferred point in time each month, week or fortnight.
The goal is simple: help businesses communicate status more clearly, reduce uncertainty,
and give customers a better view of what has happened and what comes next. Done simply and automated (the scheduled email and PDF attachment send time point).
What it is not
StatusAngel is not trying to replace a full enterprise project-management suite,
CRM system or helpdesk. Its first purpose is narrower and more practical:
structured customer updates, professional PDF reports and controlled communication history.

The product is intended to be lightweight enough for small and mid-sized companies,
while still serious enough to support future private and custom deployments.
