StatusAngel helps companies manage customer-facing work (jobs, projects etc) through Status Files, add progress updates (as much or little detail as you like), progress during the period, next steps, risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, recipients and image evidence, then automatically send a professional branded email and PDF report to the end customer or client on a chosen schedule. It is suited to work such as building a house, building a boat, managing a custom order, delivering a service job, or keeping stakeholders regularly updated on progress. It enables you to keep your end customers up to date with progress made (transparency), while being a credible and useful tool for your team to manage jobs, projects and progress more easily, and evidence the work.

  • Token and code secure recipient dashboard and feedback readiness (switch end client dashboard access and feedback on and off as required by you)
  • Your company name and status file name/title shown in email delivery subject line. Basic company logo / branding enabled in recipient dashboard and other location as currently enabled by StatusAngel.
  • Secure recipient dashboard access — When enabled in tenant settings, recipients (your end customer/client stakeholders) can open a protected update link to view the live Status File dashboard with current update information, and access the generated PDF report as a point-in-time snapshot. Access uses token plus emailed code protection. If your company logo is loaded and enabled in tenant settings, it will appear on the recipient dashboard. Recipient feedback can also be switched on or off in tenant settings.

Commercial direction

Central SaaS first, private deployments later.

The default public product is the central StatusAngel SaaS at statusangel.com, where companies can sign up and start using the customer update software.

Larger or specialist clients may later need private deployment, custom domain routing, stronger limits, custom branding, bulk onboarding or additional support.
